IMPORTANT CHANGES TO 2012 U.S. OPEN
Please note that there are some changes to the 2012 schedule of play. This year we are introducing a sensational Grand Finals Day as well as a fun-for-all Closing Party to the U.S. Open!! Please read through all the following changes (on page 2) carefully before completing your entry forms:IMPORTANT: A one time registration fee of $25 per person will apply to every entrant to be combined with their first event entry. $25 per person regardless of how many events are entered.NOTE: No singles, pairs or fours entries will be considered as fully entered, and will not be placed on the official entry list, until all entry fees are paid, and ALL registration fees are paid for the first entry of every team member.All three social events will be included and there will be NO additional charges for players.
